Refund & Returns Policy

At Surf Sling, we want you to love your purchase. If there is an issue with your product, we’re here to help.

Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).
You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

Change of Mind Returns

We currently do not offer refunds for change-of-mind purchases.
Please choose carefully before completing your purchase.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To assist us, please include:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos or videos showing the fault

Once approved, we will offer one of the following at no cost to you:
• Replacement product
• Refund
• Store credit

Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it immediately.
