Refund & Returns Policy

At SurfSling, we want every family to love their purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to fix it.

Australian Orders

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or videos showing the fault. Once approved, we will offer a replacement product, full refund, or store credit at no cost to you.

If something is missing or incorrect from your order, contact us within 7 days and we will resolve it immediately.

United States Orders

We want every US customer to be completely satisfied. If your SurfSling arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases. As our product ships from our New Jersey fulfilment centre, please allow 1 to 3 business days for dispatch and 3 to 7 business days for delivery depending on your location.

If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, additional shipping costs will apply to resend.

We do not issue refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers or factors outside of our control. If your order appears lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will work with our fulfilment partner to resolve it.

All Orders

Refunds will not be issued for parcels that are lost, stolen, or damaged after confirmed delivery. We recommend ensuring your delivery address is secure.

If a product develops a fault within 90 days of purchase under normal use, contact us and we will assess the issue and offer an appropriate resolution.
